When I order an add-on for a wood engraving does that apply to all coasters in the pack that I have ordered?
No, you will need to adjust the number of wood engravings for how many coasters you want engraved. If the number of engraving add-ons are less than the amount of coasters ordered then you will receive the remainder unengraved.

Once the Kickstarter launch has ended a form will be emailed to customers who have chosen the custom engraving. This form will require customer details and the ability to upload the design that you would like to have engraved.

Yes! However, Kickstarter only allows one reward tier package to be chosen per an order. No, this is an error. Unfortunately, since customers have already ordered the 10-pack and 12-pack, Kickstarter will not allow us to edit the details. Both packs will be fully engravable.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
